Clean employed 20-something male seeking a room.
Daniel
I am looking to move into a new spot asap. I'm looking for anything around $300-$400 range. I like EAV and Kirkwood but anywhere between Grant park & Decatur could work. I'm a follower of Christ, a musician, and am quite tidy. Thanks for any response. TEXT me if you want! 404 955 074 ONE

A friend of mine will be in town from February through June for a job and is looking for temporary housing. He's a single male in his 30's. He will be working long hours, so you won't really see him much. Please message me if interested with the housing details and price!

Sean Catlett
So I'm pretty new to Trinity, I spent the last two years doing full time ministry (a year in China, and then a year in Athens at the Wesley Foundation). About four months ago I got a job working in the city. So far I've been commuting from Woodstock into Atlanta, but I would love to find a situation living near Trinity so I can invest more there. I'm looking for one or two solid guys to room with but I'm open to other options as well! Either way it would be an awesome blessing to be able to avoid the commute, stay close to trinity, and have a decent living sitch! Call me (404)518-4497 or facebook me if you are interested or have someone in mind! Thank you so much!

Yep, Jeff, Julia and Henry are looking to move into the city. Having said that, we are searching for a 1 year lease on a small apartment, house, or carriage house. Our criteria is this:
-Julia must be able to 'safely' walk Henry and the dog by herself.
-Washer/dryer hook-ups or washer/dryer in the unit (cloth diapers)
-At least 1 bedroom enclosed, ideally two
-Ideally close to Trinity since that is where work is for us.
-Inside the perimeter is a must
-Has to be quiet
-Hardwood, tile or laminate flooring is a must; no carpet due to allergies
-Our couch-potato, gentle greyhound and sweet kitty must come with us.
-We are looking to spend $800 or so on rent
Thanks! Let us know what you got and when its available. Peace-Jeff Guy

My friend is looking for roommate(s) and a place to live starting in May when her lease is up. Her name is Nevena, and she moved here from Bulgaria to study & play volleyball at Georgia State. She's pretty open to any options, but would prefer to stay on the east side--Inman Park, Decatur, etc. Close to a MARTA station would be preferred. $700/month is her max. for rent. Doesn't matter if roommates have XX chromosomes or XY.

Friend of Gillian and Brad:)
My home of over three years is back on the market. This is a fabulous one-bedroom apartment in a convenient midtown location- walking distance to Piedmont Park, Trader Joes, and Midtown Art Cinema. The apartment was completely renovated in 2008, and I am the only person who has lived there since the renovation. It has all the modern conveniences of a new apartment, but still maintains some classic features of a 1920's home- like a non-working fireplace and hardwood floors. The walk-in closet has ample space, and the several windows throughout the apartment keep it sunny and bright. There is also a washer/dryer included in the rent. I can't say enough good things about the apartment, the landlord, and the location. Rent will be $1050, and the lease can be signed through June 2013. Please email me at sara.siegel@gmail.com if you are interested. Photos available.

Jenifer Markley
We have a semi-private apartment in our home that we'd like to rent to a female college or graduate student. "Semi-private" because it doesn't have its own entrance; however it does consist of 2 large rooms, joined together with a master bathroom and located within an area of our home that we don't frequently use. It also has a small, make-shift kitchenette for basic meals, 1 large walk-in closet, second smaller closet, laundry closet (shared with us) and off street parking. Rent and included utilities are $400/month. We are willing to trade child care, 6-10 hours per week, for a break in rent and/or for free living.
We live on the east side of the city, 5 minutes from Little 5 Points and Candler Park, 10 minutes from Georgia State and Emory University and 15 minutes form GA Tech and Trinity.
If you're interested, you need to be OK living within a family's home with one 2.5 year old toddler, one baby on the way, and one large dog who is mostly well-behaved. :) We'll also get you in touch with our past tenet, who lived with us for over 2 years, worked as our nanny, and also attends Trinity.
Please contact Jenifer Markley at jeniferbreshears@gmail.com for additional information. Thanks!
2BR 1BA apt in O4W for rent $1100/month
amy
My husband and daughter and I rent an apt in the old fourth ward and are buying a home in Decatur. Since we will be leaving our apt before our lease is up, we are hoping to find a new tenant for our landlords (who have been so great, responsive and easy to work with). The building itself is an art deco building that has been renovated (right across the street from Lotta Fruta). We know and love all of our neighbors here, who are mostly condo owners of their places (there are only 10 units here with a great little courtyard). We are about 15 minutes from Trinity and love this urban location. Though it's in the O4W, we have felt very safe and have loved the neighborhood. We are actually on the cusp of Inman Park-so much so that my husband actually walks to work everyday. We walk to Highland Bakery and Fritti all the time, too.
Here are the details:
2/1 Apt, $1100/month, Available as of Dec 1st.
off street parking with space
laundry available inside your apt
security system
all new appliances
hardwoods
pet-friendly
super convenient to everywhere!
I can send you pics if you are interested!
