volunteers needed to help me move
Glen Sutton
Is there anyone out there interested and willing to help me move some items 6.6 miles across town? Dresser, night stand, love seat, some book shelves, 2 chairs and ottoman and etc.
I know this is a lot to ask anyone, but I am sort of stuck with few if any other options as of now. I need to be out by the 15th (maybe the 17th at the latest)
Any help will be appreciated
thanks and God bless
Glen

Drew Henley
Do you have any old bikes hanging around the garage or basement? We're looking for a number of bikes that the kids in the neighborhood can earn for some sweet summer rides.
Starting last summer, we got connected with a great Non-Profit, Beltline Bikes (http://beltlinebikeshop.com/), here in Atlanta and we have learned from their model of having youth earn bicycles through picking up trash around the neighborhood. Beltline Bikes is a great Non-Profit and are doing great work in Adair Park. They have a great model and the kids in our neighborhood are really excited about the opportunity to earn some bikes!
THEREFORE, we are looking for bikes that are either still in working condition or just need a minor adjustment/fix to make them work. Please send me an email (aphenley@gmail.com) if you have a bike you would like to donate!!

Looking for a professional organizer for hire. I am hoping to find someone to help me organize and creatively bring order to my parent's home in Gainesville, GA.
Ideally I am looking for someone that is easy to work with, has previous experience, is creative, and also very sensitive. Payment is negotiable and competitive.
Please contact me as soon as possible, I would like to start the project very soon.
Thank you!

Hi there folks, I am seeking clean, new or otherwise gently used boxes for packing and moving. At the moment I still have no where to go, but I might as well have everything packed and ready to go, should something come up, or to hide behind if the "storm troopers" come knocking on the door to evict me. :oP
I've gathered a few at some package and liquor stores, but most grocery and retail shops I have discovered crush and bind theirs for recycling, which is good for the environment, but not so handy for me at the moment.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you and God bless.

I am going through a difficult time with being unemployed and my health, and the one isn't helping the other because of stress. My landlord may lose the house I am renting as I have not been able to make full rent payments in 3 months, and I have yet to find any room mates or work to improve my situation. So please, if you find it within your heart to pray, please ask for strength, encouragement, guidance and my obedience to the Spirit through this. I've been through this before not too long ago, but to be honest it is wearing me out.
Thanks
Glen

I need your help to urge Senator Johnny Isakson to support the Child Protection Compact Act - a bill that would make public justice systems work for the poor, leading to the rescue of victims of child trafficking.
You can call his office directly at (202) 224-3643, send an email to Houston_Ernst@isakson.senate.gov or come find me by the info table before and after the first service to sign a postcard.
IJM (www.ijm.org) has asked me to gather as much support as possible by the end of the month, and my goal is 1,000 individual signatures.
Please consider taking 30 seconds to speak out against child trafficking.
Thanks.

Stephanie Carey
My friend is shooting a film in Atlanta this summer (tentatively set for August 6-10) and desperately needs to cut down on budget so is looking for anyone who'd be willing to donate the following items:
Cargo Van/Truck - For Equipment
Mini Van - For Transportation of People
RV/Trailer - In case we need a holding space for people to be/change
Hot Meals (lunch) for about 20 people - For five days, trying to find a different person to cook for each day
Snacks/bottled water/soda cans donation
Frequent Flier points - For help with flying cast/crew down and back
Hotel Coupons - In case we need to put actors in a hotel
In exchange for these items, they'll be able to provide publicity for anyone hoping to jump start their business by putting them in the film's credits or exchanging services (for example, designing flyers and/or distributing them). If it's an individual donating, you can be put in the film's credits or be an extra in the film, etc.
Check out the film's info here: Crossing takes place in rural Georgia, 1965 and is about a black teenage boy who defies the rules of segregation and his conservative father by walking through the front door of his white employer's home instead of the back.
