My current roommate and I just found a place over on Bonaventure and St. Charles (Virginia Highlands) and because of the cost are looking for a third male roommate. Total Rent would be 1420 (utilities included) and third roommate would pay a bit less than my current roommate and I.

Space is 2 bedroom, 1 bath, with a good size office space that could be used as 3rd room. Huge living room, a good size kitchen. Nice Patio. Great landlord. Laundry facility also.

I live in the A, but my lease ends on July 27 and I have no leads on where to go from there. Please help relieve this "where am I going to live?!" stress.
