I'm a single male Christian resident physician at Emory. I'm looking to rent out a room in a large 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 2 story house. There will be a total of only 2 people living in the house. I live in the master bedroom and you would have the 2nd bedroom and would have your own private bathroom.

The house is in Avondale Estates, which is inside the perimeter within 15 minutes of Emory and the CDC, within 5 minutes of Downtown Decatur, and within 2 minutes of the Farmers Market.

The house is fairly new (built 2001), two stories high with vaulted living room ceilings, and is located in a semi-private upscale subdivision. Included are all the amenities you could possibly imagine: large flat screen HDTV, cable, wireless high speed internet, backyard BBQ grill, dishwasher, garbage disposal, etc.

Express bus shuttle service available directly to the Emory campus.

I have a small labrador, so must like dogs. Looking for a commitment of at least 6 months.

Monthly rent would be $495 + ½ of utilities.

Together we (Courtney, Sarah, and Nell) live in a wonderful 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in Ormewood Park (1 mile from Grant Park and East Atlanta Village and I-20).
