So I'm looking for a third roommate for my house. It's a 3bd/2bath with large living, dining, and kitchen. We already have a pooch, so you must like dogs, but we aren't looking to add more.
Rent is $325 plus utilities which are usually around $80.
The house is in a quiet neighborhood, at the bottom of the downtown connector, super close to anywhere in the city. About 15 mins from church.
