I am a 26 year old female who works for CDC. I have a dog named Maggie, less than 25 lbs. My roommate just got married and so I need to find a new roommate. It is a two bedroom, two bath. The room available is the Master Bedroom with large bath. We have cherry colored hardwood floors, granite counter tops, gated access, park down the block and we are less than seven minutes away from Lenox Mall by car, or 30 minute jog. We are three minutes away from I-85 and 11 minutes away from Trinity, 15 from Vine City. This is a great location, close to everything, with enough back streets to avoid traffic. Rent would be $525 a month. My roommate's last day is August 28th, so I would like a new roommate to sign a September 1st lease.
