We are looking for a third roommate to move into our quaint little house in Howell Station by October. We (Ashley Wilson (26) and Lauren Chadwell (25)) have lived here for over a year and it’s a great little house about 3 miles away from the church. One of us works full time and one is about to graduate from GSU.

Some things you need/want to know:
- It’s a 3 bedroom/1 bath. The bedroom is pretty large with a closet.
- We already have a pet named Riggins, a puppy dog, so we are not looking for someone who already has a pet
- Rent is $367 a month plus utilities and that can range about 100 to 150, depending on the time or year.
- We already have a lot of furniture, so if you only have a bedroom set, that is perfect.
- We are looking for someone that can stay in the house until June (and possibly live longer)
